Great intro to tweetdeck Wayne. Tweetdeck is hands down the best app out there for managing all your twitter friends.

I always keep columns open for all, replies, a couple groups (e.g. local and biz related), twitscoop and a couple searches. Keeping searches running for my company as well as idek.net. It's a great idea to keep searches relevant to your brand running so you can reinforce any positive comments or address any negative feedback as it arises.

BTW, that is awesome, I never even looked at the picture or 12 seconds features. I am going to use that now.
