Tweetdeck is hands down the best app out there for managing all your twitter friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I always keep columns open for all, replies, a couple groups (e.g. local and biz related), twitscoop and a couple searches. Keeping searches running for my company as well as &lt;a href=&quot;http://idek.net&quot;&gt;idek.net&lt;/a&gt;.
